BRAKE PRESS

Brake Press
The brake press is the most widely used bending equipment in fabricating plants. The process consists of holding the sheet metal in place between a matching punch and die. The machine’s ram with punch attached moves downward to form a bend of predetermined radius. Operating a press brake requires highly skilled craftsmen as it requires some artistic ingenuity with more complex parts. Our personnel have over 30 years experience each and can form parts with complex shapes with multiple bends with tight tolerances.

Why brake press?
The brake press can produce complex parts with multiple bends and tight bend tolerances. Tools and dies are readily available on site to cover most customer needs. Part specific tooling can be developed if our inventory of tooling cannot produce the part you require. Setup time is minimal and fast production times ensure we can turnaround your order quickly and efficiently. The brake press offers amazing flexibility where we can manufacture virtually any part shape or size at a low cost.

Some examples of applications for which Press Brake is suited
Forming channels, angles for structural applications in construction. Folding parts for conveyors, covers for machinery.

Material Types and Tolerances
Our brake presses can bend Carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel, steel alloys and aluminum. The maximum lengths up to 144“ ( 12’).
We use 4 Cincinnati CNC Brakes (350 Ton, 230 Ton, 175 Ton, 90 Ton) to ensure your parts are exact every time, all the time
